When will Afterglow Suites open?

We anticipate opening summer 2026, depending on interest. If you’re interested, fill out the form below so we can gauge interest. You will be notified with updates along the way with anticipated opening date.
What exactly am I renting?

Each tenant will have their own private studio suite, or a desk in the shared nail tech room. See “our suites” above for black line drawing layout.
Is this a commission-based salon?

No. Afterglow Suites is not commission-based.
You pay a simple monthly rate, and everything you earn is yours.
What’s included in the monthly rent?

Your monthly rate includes your private suite (or desk in the nail room), utilities, access to shared amenities like the waiting area and washroom, and a clean, professional environment for you and your clients. Your pricing is all inclusive - no hidden fees!
Yes — within reason. The goal is for your space to reflect your brand, so you’ll be able to personalize your suite while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the building. You can paint, add furniture, wall fixtures etc. You just cannot modify flooring, take down walls, etc.
Can I customize my suite?

Will there be a lease commitment?

Yes, when signing a lease with Afterglow, you are committing to a year with us with option to sign for longer, or renew at your lease date.
How much does it cost?

Each space is priced for its size. All pricing is all inclusive and gives you access to all of the amenities and perks. Nail desks are $500 a month, and the suites start at $950. See ‘our suites’ section above for exact pricing per suite.
Can I see the space before committing?

Yes, of course! Once we take possession, we will reach out to all interested parties to come for a tour and take bookings on a first come first serve basis.
You’ll receive an initial confirmation, and then we’ll personally reach out to learn more about your business and what you’re looking for. From there, you’ll be first in line when suites become available.
